Our First Session (60 Minutes)

  • We’ll dig right into your business process and get clear on how a stranger becomes a customer (and what happens when they book or purchase)
  • We’ll look at your sales information and talk through any questions I have, as well as any challenges with the data for your perspective

Second Session(60 MINUTES):

  • We’ll define up to 3 metrics to help you run and grow your business (that I’ll also add to the dashboard)
  • We’ll add valuable dates and other info to the vendors list to ensure you know exactly when these expenses are about to renew (and flag which ones you’ll need to keep a closer eye on)

Third Session(60 MINS) - after 2nd payment

  • Delivery of the dashboard along with installation instructions – we will install and test the dashboard on your local machine
  • Instructions on how to update the dashboard (along with a special offer from me on done for you updates)
  • Finally, we’ll do some super potent and valuable scenario planning together that will make sure you know exactly where you’re going to spend your next $1k (and where you can downgrade if you ever need to)
